I now am in myeloma from mgus but thankfully I got told 5 weeks ago I didn’t need treatment but consultant said that that can change anytime

I have been totally exhausted nausea and sever neck pain and brain fog all my bones are on fire even on rest never felt anything like this also on top of it I now have to wait to get echo on my heart as gp sent me to hospital as my breathing was really bad thankfully he did it never rains but pours I feel really terrible with everything but thankfully I get a lot of support from McMillan that runs in my local library on Thursday they are amazing and can’t thank them enough lots of love to all McMillan staff xxx

  • Hi again  sorry to hear about the challenges you are having. As for the Nausea do keep talking with your clinical team as there are many types of meds that can be used and sometimes it's a little trial and error to get the right one for you.

Fatigue is challenging but trying to keep 'some' activity going does actually help....the less you do the worse the fatigue will get.

As with Nausea there are many levels of pain meds so don't suffer in silence, do call your clinical tma and get some advice.

Let’s look for the group members to pick up on your post ((hugs))
