I got a particle report of the bone marrow biopsy. It says 9% plasma cells, though the sample is diluted by peripheral blood, the real figure could be higher. There was no non-malignant plasma observed in the bone marrow. Can it still be smouldering myeloma? Or more likely to be active myeloma?
