Hi all,
Have been diagnosed and waiting on mri and starting of treatment.
I am beginning to retain fluid, weight increase, blood pressure increase and breathing issues. Should I wait for my next appointment on the 20th or speak to someone on the team or gp now? I have been on Friday to try and sort blood pressure.
I feel I am becoming a pain just now and don't like to bother people.
Thank you
Hi Alamo57
If in doubt always seek medical help, if only for some reassurance. Don't wait until the 20th.
Although you were seen on Friday, you are still having concerning symptoms and are not bothering people by asking for support.
If you have a direct number for your team, I would give them a call if not consider calling NHS111 (as GP will be closed) and ask for some advice. They may well say it is fine to wait until Monday and then consult GP but that is what they are there for.
Good Luck
Jane
