My 73 year old mum has had mesothelioma for 2 years she has gradually gone down hill . Its been so hard to watch her health decline she was never told her stage as she decided not to be told which we respected. But the fatigue is getting very bad and she is in a wheelchair and in bed most days .. has anyone had issues with swallowing, the mesothelioma is in both lungs and is pushing against her oesophagus which is very scary for her. Radiotherapy is not an option so they are thinking of putting a stent in to help swallow food etc. Her ankles are also swelling as my dad is deaf I am her voice we dont get much support and she is becoming more depressed as she thinks the end is near.

Does anyone have an experience of the stent or support out there ...!?

Love and support to all the people going through this .. xx

It spread so quickly. He had oxygen and a drainage tube in his lung. Sending love and prayers to you and all your family.
