Hi Everyone, my name’s Russell.
My dad recently got diagnosed with mesothelioma and has had his first immunotherapy treatment today. Honestly im struggling with the thought of losing him, he’s my hero. He has had diabetes from a young age and has dealt with it his whole life. I’ve helped him all of my life with this and it has been a pleasure for me to do so and be there.
I’m really struggling with the fact I can’t help fix this, I can’t help but be there as a person. I feel utterly helpless with him and myself.
I would love advice on how people have coped with their own experiences. I just feel lost at the moment.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
