I'm sorry to hear that your dad is having problems swallowing food and it's understandable that you'd be worried about this.
Have you explained this problem to his CNS? If you have and they haven't been able to help, you could post your question in ask a nurse and one of the specialist nurses will aim to respond within 2 working days.
