Hi
Due to liver damage ( inflammation ) caused by immunotherapy and unable to correct , I am stuck on 20mg steroids and 3g of Mycophenolate ( immune system blocker ) to try and stop the immunotherapy in my system per day. So immunotherapy has been stopped and due to the liver situation my last stand Chemo I cant have either. Oncologist has basically told me, enjoy life while you can. Its not easy as six months of steroids have made me cushinoid ( swelling stomach snd face etc ) which is uncomfortable, steroids have given me type2 with swelling ankles and I get weak sometimes. Someone said get a second opinion but whilst on the cancer ward last time several oncologists gave me the same diagnosis. Dont really know what I am asking but any comments ?
