Hi all
just thought I’d join this but some comments are along time ago … I’ve been diagnosed with stage II I believe but still having ongoing tests .
Hi Irishlass and a very warm welcome to the group which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that you've recently been diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma and wondered what ongoing tests you're still having.
I was diagnosed Stage 2 nearly 8 years ago now and had a wide local excision (WLE) and sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB). Thankfully, I haven't required any further treatment although I have had treatment for breast cancer in the last couple of years.
What has been your journey with melanoma? You can read mine by clicking on my username or profile photo.

Hi
WLE next week and having colonoscopy as something seen on my CT scan …
It sounds like you've got a lot going on right now.
I'll keep everything crossed that the colonoscopy doesn't show anything.
((hugs))
