Has anyone experienced puffiness/swelling in the hand following the WLE & SLNB in left arm and left armpit.
Should I be worried?

I had my WLE on my upper left arm and SLNB in left armpit but didn't experience any swelling in my hand. If it was a working day I'd say to get in touch with your SCNS but as it's the weekend it might be an idea to ring NHS111 and they'll assess you over the phone to see if you should go to A&E today or wait until tomorrow to speak to your SCNS.
