Confused about treatment

I’m stage 2b and had full ct and head mri having node scan day before my wle and node biopsy x

What did they find the 'micro dot' on?

I moved to stage 3 on the findings of the SLNB but it sounds like you haven't had that yet.

The scans are normal for stage 3 though (mine were a brain MRI and torso CT though rather than both being CT scans)

The dermatologist removed the melanoma I had 18 stitches then sent it to pathology to confirm the staging agreed with the biopsy. That’s when she said she had found the micro dot which she said suggested it had spread from the original location 

I've not heard of anything similar to that before but I think you should contact your dermatologist again or perhaps your GP if you aren't sure what your plan is rather than worrying about it.  I'm sure they will be fully understanding and help explain clearly.
