Hi
i had SLNB a year ago after being diagnosed with stage 1b melanoma in my foot. SLNB was in my groin and there were no problems. In the last 8 weeks I have been having pain in my groin. Like a stabbing, it’s difficult to move my leg at times and it’s making me limp but not all the time. I saw my GP today who said there are no swollen lymph nodes that she could find on examination, no signs of infection and she has referred me for an ultra sound scan.
I’m going to contact the cancer nurses tomorrow but wondered if anyone else has ever had this sort of problem. I would be lying if I said that my brain is not going into overdrive. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks
