Diagnosis appointment

First time poster!

I had a mole biopsy almost 2months ago at Nottingham qmc and have been waiting for results ever since. Came back off hols today to find a letter with a 'follow up appointment with nurse' in 2weeks time. Is this likely to be bad news? I guess they'd just call?!

  • Hi Tiredmum. I was called back for a follow up appointment after only 3 weeks. I had stage 2b melanoma. I don't think they ever give results over the phone. Hopefully the lengthy time you have been waiting will bring good news. Fingers crossed for you.
