Lung nodule

I’m 8 months into adjuvant pembro treatment. My scan in May showed a 1mm nodule in the lung. 
Latest scan shows it at 3mm and so now being referred for a PET scan. 
My oncologist thinks it is the melanoma so now starting to talk about radiotherapy or a change of treatment. 
Im feeling very low. 
Has anyone been on a similar journey ?

  • Hi PaulG1, sorry to hear this news about your lung nodule growing.  Not the news you wanted obviously and I'm pleased to hear your doctors are making alternative plans to attack it. 

    I'm sure others who've gone through just what you are will reply and support you with some positive news. 

    Worst thing I've done is fall face down on my alottment onto my chest about 4 weeks ago, straight onto hard concrete edging tiles. Big ouch, sneezing and coughing really hurt!

    Hope you've been coping ok in the heat, so much watering of my plants.
