WLE for melanoma

Today I had my 3 x WLE and just so glad it's over. Have to wait 8 weeks until I get the results but now I'm taking it easy and time for some self care x 

i had my WLE and skin graft today, was an emotional wreck as soon as operating theatre doors opened and the more poeple who spoke to me the worse I got, felt like a right idiot, thank god its over.  now back to waiting game

Bless you, are you in any pain? I've got some discomfort now that the anaesthetic has worn off.

arm a little sore but manageable, groin no pain at all but think i have been moving about too much as there is more blood which has seeped through onto dressing since I have been home.  they told me to take paracetamol but also gave me stronger meds if I need them but been ok so far

lets hope we don't have to wait 8 weeks as that's a long time
