Hello,
My partner is being treated with the immunotherapy drug Keytruda. He is being given it every six weeks for a year. He has had his third round and is suffering several side effects ie loss of appetite, stomach/rib cage pain and tiredness. I’m wondering what experiences others have had with this drug and if there is any advice dealing with side effects.
Thank you in advance and a very Happy Christmas to all.
Oh Helen, thinking of you! Good they have done blood work, so much they can find out from them. Can’t be Addison disease that my husband was suffering from as they would have picked that up in the blood test. Glad you spoke to a dr at the hospital and not your own gp. Sure if it was anything serious they would have had him in hospital. Let’s hope the new meds work for his nausea they do try to make things as easy as possible when you are on immunotherapy Take care and try to enjoy Christmas. Xx
