I am about to start my treatment of dabrafenib and trametinib in a couple of weeks , could anyone enlighten me to some common side effects as I am a bit concerned about working as I am an hgv driver and I certainly have a responsibility not to drive if I suffer from any side effects, but I don't know how common it is to have side effects and are they going to stop me from driving if and when I get any . I was going to stop work for maybe the first month of treatment to see if I get any unwanted side effects and if its OK then go back to work, or do any side effects take longer to manifest than 1 month , any feedback greatly appreciated.
