Hi, I was diagnosed with MCL 14 years ago. I have had an auto stem cell transplant and a allo as well. I have relapsed many times but have always responded well to treatment. I have recently relapsed again and I spent 3 weeks in hospital feeling quite poorly, it's the first time I have felt really ill and at one point I hit rock bottom and didn't want any treatment. It soon passed and I have been put forward for CAR T cell therapy. I have had my t cells harvested and am now waiting for them to be genetically modified. If any one has had this treatment I would love to hear from you.

Hi Sharon sorry to see you are needing treatment again, yes the are a number who have successfully completed car-t cell treatment, the site has a stem cell transplant group and some posted there as like you it followed a SCT, though now some are going straight to car-t and missing out a transplant.
