Lymph node swellings in my neck

Hi everyone

i have large swollen very painful lumps due to lymph node cancer

i am Pallative and have been given three months

I have accepted that but find the pain unbearable at times.
I have struggled with most opioids as I’m sick with all.
I am on fentanyl patches with occasional pain relief injections from community nurses

is there anyone who can suggest anything else that might take my pain away for the little time I have left

has anyone else experienced this

Hi Tina, I haven’t got the answer to your question but I didn’t like to see your post unanswered.

I was wondering if someone in the more active Living with incurable cancer forum - patients only would have some personal experience your looking for. Just click on the group link to get there. The Ask an Expert, if you haven’t already found it might also help, it’s Macmillan’s own nurses or information support officers etc in the different expert parts.
