A SR1 form is only issued by your medical team when you are expected to not live past 6-12 months. I would expect this was just a standard question from the benefit team.

Sorry to hear that, so have you had chemotherapy or immunotherapy? I had my first cycle of them both today, another 3 after this. Have you worn the cooling cap . How's your hair doing, and how are you feeling x

I'm a survivor of Stage 3B, my last treatment was Durvalumab in April 2020, and I was discharged from further surveillance as no evidence of recurrence by July 2024.  So always have hope <3

I can’t have chemo just having radiotherapy I start in 3weeks

Iam so pleased for you I did not think they would give me treatment as Iam 81 but very healthy mine was missed on a X-ray 6years ago
