He has stage four KRAS 12 c adenocarinoma and had his first treatment in September of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This caused him to have Myocarditis and hepatitis and is currently on high levels of steroids so currently can’t have any further treatment until the inflammation in his heart settles . I know this is a rare so if anyone else has been through this I would love to hear how long it took until you were better . He has also been put into immune suppressants tablets
Hi Hollyaff187 I do not have experience with this, but wanted to welcome you to the group. Caring for someone with cancer can be very stressful. You can also join the Carers only forum where you will meet other people in a similar situation to yourself.
I hope everything settles for your husband soon and he can continue with his treatment.
