I have almost permanent nausea post immunotherapy 3 months ago Stage 4 lung cancer and no more treatment has been offered since developed colitis as result of immunotherapy. Had a course of steroids but that's finished. The pills I have for nausea make little difference I have a wrist band which helps a bit.
Any tips? Drink ginger tea and am careful what I eat but appetite is low. Quite fed up with it.
Hi, I can't help with nausea but I did have adverse reactions to immunotherapy (stomach pain and diarrhoea) and was also given steroids (prednisolon). I'm having my third cycle next week probably but they may well end the treatment if it happens again. What immunotherapy did you have and what symptoms caused by colitis? I had problems with nausea during my chemo and was given Ondonsetron, that helped a bit but still not much of an appetite. Being my weak spot since childhood, stress often triggers stomach complaints in my case. If you have now stopped the treatment, the nausea should go away on its own.
Maybe someone will come along who can be more helpful. I wish you all the best.
