I'm so glad I've decided to join as I've been reading all your amazing posts of support.
My lung cancer was missed in an xray in October last year. In march of this year in a ct scan it was found stage 3 and inoperable as was too close to my heart. I've finished chemotherapy and 33 hits of radiotherapy and now having immunotherapy every 4weeks for 12months. I wont lie it's been really tough and still is.But I'm still here and fighting the battle.
Hi Caringjojo
Welcome to the Group, but very sorry that you have cause to be n here.
Well done you for getting through the chemo and radiotherapy; it can be tough and also very tiring.
Good luck with the immunotherapy. Keep fighting!

Hello Caringjojo,
I am really glad to hear you got through the chemo and radiotherapy. I have the same issue with mine being too close to my heart so am now beginning the same journey you are on and due to start chemoradiotherapy for 30 sessions soon. I am waiting for bio result but really hope they can use immunotherapy too. Be good to hear how you are doing.
Do stay in touch and I wish you all the very best.
regards
Sylv
