You can check your eligibility and book transport by calling 0300 123 2303. The booking line is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. When calling, have your NHS number, phone number, appointment details (date, time, and location), and the hospital department you are visiting ready.

Hi i used hospital transport today, to get into London, yes it is  the NHS, , i used it today, to go into London, for a scan. You have to  ready two hours before your appointment, i could not get into London on my own, as have poor sight.

 Give them a ring, i have been using  them for a while now.
