Hello - thanks for accepting me

I've had a scan and have a nodule on my lung. Now I've been told I also have a nodule in my breast.    I'm worried that it started in the breast and has moved to the lung - I've not got results to confirm cancer but don't know what `I would do if it is?

  • Hi  and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.

I'm not a member of this forum but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list and hopefully someone from the forum will be along shortly.

While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about the tests you've had so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

I hope you don't have too long to wait for your results.

  • Hi  welcome to the group, but sorry you have to join us here. I know it is very difficult, but try not to worry until you have had the tests to confirm what these nodules are. It is also very reassuring that they are saying that they are nodules, which indicates they are small so will be easily sorted.

Please do let us know how you get on .
