Hi
I I have had a double unrelated cancer diagnosis I have a grade 3A lung cancer and active lymph nodes and a grade 3 breast cancer
I have been advised that I will have immunochemotherapy 3 rounds over 9 weeks then surgery for the breast cancer I will be on medication while the lung cancer is dealt with
I have a long hard fight ahead that is very scary
Has anyone else been through anything similar?
Hi Fr3nchie welcome to the group, but sorry you find yourself here. There was someone in the group recently who had 2 types of cancer. I believe they were having the other type sorted before they concentrated on the lung. I have been trying to find the post, I will keep looking and will come back to you if I find it.
You said you are having medication whilst they sort the lung cancer. Is this hormone treatment for the breast cancer?
