Hi everyone I'm new to all this, so many things going around my head, not even sure where to tbh
Hi Steve
Welcome to the group, I can understand exactly what your feeling, I've been there, I won't bore you with the details of my cancer but if you want to read about my journey just tap on my avatar.
If you can tell us a bit about yourself and your cancer diagnosis it might help you sort out what's going on in your head. Cause I find one question leads to another and there's always someone in this forum that can help, you can ask as many questions as you like we all know how your feeling, we are a good bunch on here who will give you all the support you need and if we have the answer to your question we will give it, just know that your not alone.
For now sending you good thoughts and try and have a good weekend
Donna
Hi Steve6572
i know what you mean. I was same fight flight or freeze.
Couldn’t do anything so came up with my plan let the medics do their job and I concentrated on my head and body
I listened to apps on my phone, banned anything distressing on TV ate chocolate and past the time as best as I could.
Doing a little exercise too
Chat here if it helps
sending a virtual hug
