Absolutely terrifies about this. And everything to be honest. Called support line this morning and I still feel so alone and scared.. this test today theyve explained it but still am so worried. I'd give anything to have my mom or a partner with me. I feel so sorry for my 18 yr old daughter..shes trying to be there for me
Hi Frazzled , I was scared about having this.
You are sedated and I only recalled the end of it , as I was coughing. No memory of it at all , pain and you just don't know anything about it. I was sleeping on and off all the way home and rest of the day.
Please don't be scared.
Diana
Thank you. I just cant seem to get a grip on my emotions..
Hi Frazzled my Mum was the same as you. Really terrified of this but it was actually ok - she can’t remember much about it. She told the doctors who were doing it and they made sure she had lots sedation. I would explain how you are feeling and they will make sure they give lots of it.
