Three and a half years ago I had massive surgery for rectal cancer. I have now found out I have another primary, lung cancer. I will get surgery to remove the lobe, then after pathology find out if I need any further treatment. Ladies, after surgery how did you cope with wearing a bra? I have big boobs, even wear a soft bra to bed. Thanks. Xx
Hi cycleoldlady welcome to the group, but sorry you have found yourself here.
It can be difficult to find a bra, and it might be a case of trial and error. I haven’t had surgery, but I get a lot of rib pain so I need something comfortable. I find the softer t- shirt bras are better for me, with no hooks or underwire. Marks and Spencer also do a good range of post surgery bras, so it might be worth having a look there.
Wishing you all the best for your upcoming surgery. Let us know how you get on x
