Hi, my name is Ange, I’m 51 and have just been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer....still in shock but not one to give up easily, so positive mental attitude, and take it one day at a time. I know ’s going to be hard, but I have my family and friends around so I know I’m lucky
HiAnge1
i am so sorry you are going through this, but there are so many positive amazing people living with LC
my mum was diagnosed same as your cancer, in April/may this year, she has just had her first treatment on Wednesday chemo and immunotherapy keytruda, she was fine until Saturday all she is doing is sleeping at the moment, which I will take over any other side effect.
my mums is a small growth in her left lung and spotting on her adrenal gland so straight away stage 4,
The treatments and medicines are so amazing and so many people live with LC.
being positive definitely helps , the mind is a powerful tool,
just wanted to say hi and you are not alone
xxxx wishing u well x
