I am having trouble getting to sleep at night any help would be appreciated!
Hi Brambledaisy and welcome to the group. I think all of us can relate to this. Whether it is the emotional thoughts because of our disease, or the side effects of medication. When I can't sleep, I get up and go downstairs and read for a while, then go back and try again. I get too frustrated just laying there trying to sleep, which only makes the not sleeping worse. It is hard when you are laying there and your brain starts overthinking things. I have found this information on insomnia HERE which may help.
You may also want to speak to your GP about this, or there are herbal medicines you can try. Lavender pillows are said to help, and chamomile tea helps some. I hope it gets better for you.
Take care
