Hi had a partial lobectomey last March and then my cancer came back in July so I was having immunotherapy but it’s not working so I’m now waiting for target & chemotherapy :(
Hubby heard yday that after a year of immunotherapy the cancer has now started its March again, so he's awaiting NHS funding approval for 4/6 rounds of chemo again (docetaxel this time)and targeted treatment nintedanib
So it seems we start the whole process again
He's 58 stage 4 with liver and spleen mets.
How're you feeling and when will you get news on treatment?
Hi thanks for your message I was having immunotherapy but it’s not working so im having chemotherapy starting on Wednesday next week I am also 57 and worked full time with a very active life until this happened now I’m a prisoner in the house it’s very daunting and scary I think you will agree but we get in with it as I’m sure you and your husbad will also x
