Hi Peggy123  you need to speak to your GP again. If the pain is keeping you from sleeping he should prescribe something to help with sleep.

You have mentioned nerve pain on another post, so you need to speak to your gp about medications for that. 
My sister finished her zoldronic acid, she had it for 2 years, and she did say it got easier, but the first couple of days after the infusion were always bad.

Good morning Peggy123 is this something you are concerned about because of the zoldronic acid infusion?

You must have a dental check up before the infusion is due, and make sure your dentist is aware of the infusion. From what I know about jaw necrosis, it can happen after a tooth extraction so it is important that all dental care is completed before the infusion. 

I do not know of anyone personally who has had jaw necrosis, and not aware of any treatment for it. You could ask in the Ask a Nurse  about treatments.

and only learned of it through forums

They really should have made you aware, it is one of the things they make the patient aware of. It’s the same with my denosumab injection, I am always asked if I have had dental check up before they give the injection. 

Make sure you have a dental check before your next infusion. I believe the problem happens if you need a tooth extraction.
