Hi Peggy123  are you on pain meds for the nerve pain? I am on amitriptlyne which also helps with my sleep, I cannot sleep without it. 

I am so confused at how to work this forum

gabbapen it’s a nasty drug

I tried gabapentin but i didn’t get on with it, it knocked me out too much. 

Are you in much pain

do you have chronic pain 

my pain is  constant 

it’s so so bad

Yes unfortunately I am in pain. My medication affects my joints and ligaments, so it’s very painful. 

So sad to hear that 

it’s so tough 

do you sleep at night.

are you only on one med for pain 

I feel so sad all the time 

No I am on several pain killers, but that is the only reason why I am able to sleep at night. 
Having a cancer diagnosis is tough and it is natural to feel sad. You have to get along with things as best you can. Just take each day one day at a time. 

I’m supposed to have spinal surgery 12Nov

not sure what to do it’s for discs and stenosis 

I will have to make my mind a little stronger.

are you on cancer treatment now

i just can’t muster the strength for anything.

Sorry to hear you are having surgery, but hopefully that will help to sort some of your pain. 
Yes I am on cancer treatment, mine is hormone therapy. I have been in this journey for a long time so you just get used to your new life and new way of living.
