My dad has lung cancer. He’s in his 80’s and has had all the palliative Radiotheraphy that he can have. There’s no other options left.
He’s alert in the day but does nap on and off but he’s now gradually sleeping longer and longer on a nighttime. Last night was 15 hours. Is this a sign of things taking a turn?
Hi MrsY radiotherapy stays in your body for a very long time, and one of the side effects is tiredness. It took me a year to recover from my radiotherapy. Any concerns with dad do not hesitate to speak to his GP.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
