Hi I’m new on this forum. My husband has just been diagnosed with terminal secondary lung cancer. One of the symptoms would seem to be excruciating shoulder pain and weakness in arms and hands. Just wondering if anyone else had this and what helped. Thanks
Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis. Regarding his symptoms, although I did not have similar symptoms, I have read that these can be an indicator of lung cancer. Let's hope there are some people on here who have had the same as your husband's and comment on their experience.
Sorry up hear about your husband. My Mum has stage 4 lung cancer and she suffers from shoulder pain. She takes oxycodone and Amitriptyline to manage her pain. My mums pain is managed through a local hospice who come and see her at home. Hope your husband can get his pain sorted soon.
