Had very aggressive chemo treatment and thats knocked my husband for 6. Not eating and completly wiped out, is this normal please  Feel like before chemo we were going to fight this, now I do feel, I drag him out of his bed to walk around the block, for nothing.  Please someone tell me I 'm doing right thing?

  • Hi   I am sorry to hear this about your husband. Chemo can be very harsh on the body. When was the last time you spoke to someone in your husband’s medical team? He may need his bloods checking to make sure his levels are ok? Also speak to his doctor about protein drinks, as these will help to build him back up whilst he’s not eating.

Caring for a loved one this terrible disease is extremely hard. I have read your profile and with that in mind I wonder if you may also want to join the

Wishing you and your husband all the very best.
