Well finally getting biopsy on 31 and if lymph nodes are clear their gonna go in and remove the tumor the following week. If they're not clear then I'll need chemo first before surgery.. rolling so fast now I'm scared..

That is great that you only have just over a week to wait for the biopsy. I understand it's scary and feels like it is moving fast but you need to get it out of the way to get your treatment done. Hopefully your lymph nodes will be clear and the surgery can be done the following week to remove the tumour.

My advice would be to try to break things down a bit and focus on one bit at a time. Concentrate on getting over the infection first. Have they told you whether you can go home?

Then focus just on the biopsy and wait to hear what it shows. It sounds like the results will come back fairly quickly if they are thinking of surgery the following week.

If you do need other treatment then try not to focus too much on that yet. There is nothing now you can do to change it so it's best to just put your trust in your doctors and to go with the flow where you can. It worked for me. I tried to break things down into steps and do one at a time. And until I knew for certain about the treatment I tried my best not to worry about it. I know it is hard.

It is very natural to be scared and I think all of us have felt like that but you are doing well considering all the waiting around. You don't need to wait much longer now and this biopsy will hopefully give you the answers you need. I found once I knew for certain what I needed to have done, I did feel more in control and less anxious about it all.

I hope that you are starting to feel better from the infection and that you can go home to rest before the 31st biopsy appointment.
