Good morning
My mum has lung cancer with pelvis mets. She has started on Tagrisso and is ok apart from the pain from the pelvis which is affecting her mobility really badly. She has been taken into hospital because she can’t really walk. Hopefullly it gets sorted asap but I was wondering if anybody else had experienced this and if so what helped? Thank you
Hi BInijac, sorry you haven’t had a reply to your post. I hope mum is doing ok in hospital and is more comfortable?
Hi chellemiso
She is comfortable in hospital this morning but can’t really they have given her 2 sticks to walk with for going to the loo and occupational health are going to see her tomorrow but I’m really hoping this is just temporary with her mobility. I realise she’s not going to be back to walking like she was but she really can’t be in this pain and not being able to walk about her own home. I’m honestly feel like I can’t remember life before November it’s really been such a shock all of this and we are taking it a day at a time but I just can’t stand seeing my mum suffer it’s just the worst. I hope you’re doing ok snd thank you chellemiso.
