Hi just back from seeing my oncologist I start my treatment on Monday I have squamous with lymph nodes, 30 rounds of radiotherapy and only 2 rounds of chemotherapy, I thought it was at least 3 rounds of chemo anyone else had good results with just 2 rounds x

    Great news that your treatment is starting on Monday.

    There are no set amounts of chemo cycles in chemoradiation treatment.. Your cancer team must believe that two cycles will be able to shrink your tumour sufficiently to enable the 30 rounds of radiation to do its job..
