A wee update

Mums feet and legs are now so swollen that she is struggling to walk, bladder not working great and bowel definitely not working but all due the liver failing for sure. She is exhausted, but she continues to try no matter what, still trying to look after my Dad. My little powerhouse!!

Not sure when to stop working, don't want to do it too early as she will get fed up!! but work will give all the time I need for her. I think the last 2 days has been the first time in her life where she can't be bothered showering or wearing her make-up, which is kinda telling me we don't have long. Originally I had 13th Jan in my head, had it for months, now I am not so sure but know we can't be far!! - What to do!!!

Hi Toppy If work will allow you the time, I would take it. I wouldn't want you to regret not spending this time with mum. I took a week off before my mum passed away, and it wasn't long enough, there never is enough time. xx

Hi Toppy. You are so brave. I never knew mu Mum was so close to passing so young. I would definitely take the chance to spend more time with your Mum
