Hey everyone. my amazing mum was diagnosed with stage 4 sclc at the end of october. She had 3 rounds of chemotherapy with very good results, 90% reduction. She went on to have 5 cycles of radiotherapy to her chest and head to hopefully prevent brain mets, this was in February. We get the result of her ct on Monday and I can't help but worry. I just hope for a positive outcome.
Hi As _x
I wish you all the best for Monday and hope your mum gets only good results
You will worry, that’s normal, but as you say, let’s hope for a positive outcome
My prayers are with you, your mum and family. My fingers and toes also crossed also

Hi AS_X
Wow 90% reduction is amazing with just 3 rounds of chemo. It is only natural to worry about the upcoming CT results. We all know what the waiting is like. I hope you get the very best of results on Monday.
Hi Chelle, thank you for your reply. The waiting is awful, all we can do is hope for good results. x
