any tips ,,,,it could just be my anxiety it only lasts a few mins if i come upstairs

I am having similar problems, my obvious top tip would be to think about what you need so your not up & down as much. As I’m a complete hypocrite I’d say phone your nurse or consultant for advice, something may be going on.
im in a quandary with mine. I explained to the nurse that I was getting more breathless but that I had covid in October. I had a scan and am waiting for results on Wednesday. Nurse put it down to covid but Origionally I needed draining and had the same symptoms. It feels like I’m getting worse but could just be me...... do I wait fir the phone call or bother them when they are busy.
