How do I get some sort of normality back feeling tired crying just watching tv. I suffer from bad anxiety
Someone mentioned this the other day on the incurable page. I think many people come here just to read our posts, but don't feel comfortable enough to post themselves. I don't think there is anything wrong in that, I just think people get their support in different ways.
I have replied here in feeling low which might help with getting some normality back to your day.
I am new to this site and forum, and I find it a bit confusing to work out how to go through the chats. What is 'the incurable page?' for instance.
Hi Mowgli, I am sorry you are finding the site difficult to navigate. The site is set out in different groups, for different support needs. The same way you joined the lung group, there is a group for people with incurable cancer. Only people who are incurable can join this group, and I've read on your profile that this applies to you. You can join the group by clicking this link living with incurable cancer forum and clicking join at the top of the page. You can then start a post, or reply in the same way you have in the lung group.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
