Know the feeling Maggie and living in London the big smoke is a bore, not a lot to report apart from Onc moved a week forward and no news of scan, on a course of antibots for left side pain, keep thinking about a nice beach holiday, one of my fav a small place in Kos, a place called Kafalos.
N = Nagging Maggie at hubby?
Hi luv ..hard to believe bored in London..but it's this damned viruses fault..hope your pain eases hun..I hope you get to kafalos soon too..prayers for us all..stay strong and carry on..xx
Hi Maggie, good to hear from you. I’m not bored yet, but I am getting very frustrated. I can bake....,,,can’t get any flour anywhere......I can sew ......ordered material 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting.......lovely weather so can paint the fence......can’t get any paint......the one thing I do seem to be successful at is piling on the pounds
Hi chellesimo
At the start of the lockdown I decided to start using my bread machine again to bake bread. However, I hadn't used it in years and after one use it broke down
After patiently waiting for them to come into stock again I finally got one but then couldn't get any strong bread flour . However, a couple of weeks ago I purchased a 16kg bag of Heygates strong white bread flour from Amazon. It had good reviews so I took the plunge and ordered it. I didn't think the price of £16-99 plus free delivery was bad, considering some sellers were asking stupid amounts for their flour.
It arrived a few days later and it makes really nice bread! I also had a go at doing some iced buns and they were a great success too.
The only problem is it's size, but it's taken up residence in our under the stairs cupboard and I decant some in to a tupperware container every so often.

Yes chell hinny I know the feeling bored and frustrated., I'm getting a bit weighty to..got steroid chins cheeks and jowels..and biscuit cake chip hips..yes a diabetic shamefully admitting to cake....in my defence got no willpower, no interest in tele if they cookery programme channels..so I'm blaming the hairy bikers followed by ,Jamie Oliver.....(..loose lips fat hips)..
Prayers for us all..stay strong..xx
