I did see this on the news and it’s quite uplifting. We do not hear much at all about the survivors of coronavirus with underlying Illnesses so perhaps this is the beginning and we will hear more 

I'm so pleased he spoke out about his experiences which must give some hope and reassurance to others.

My favourite news reader ,I was so pleased to see him back reading the news last year after his second lot of cancer treatment, glad he has now recovered from corona virus, take care all Ellen x.

yes impressive stuff!  I was equally delighted 

I certainly can agree with what he said. I don't want to catch Covid 19 but, as an incurable but treatable, it is not as scary to me as it may be to others. I am actually wondering whether the medication I am on actually will help prevent contagion, given that TKI's attack fast reproducing cells (although probably won't as a targeted therapy)
