Afternoon all, today is our emerald wedding anniversary 55 years. had booked and evening meal and overnight stay at a lovely hotel , now having a steak dinner cooked by husband, I'm not complaining . just glad we are both still here. take care everyone ,stay safe Ellen x

Aww congratulations to you both! Ohh sounds even better than the meal and stay out. Absolutely right Ellen, you appreciate the small things so much more now. Enjoy your day together. I was going to say one drink for every year, but maybe that would be a bit much for most. Maybe one per decade together instead?

Congratulations Ellen and your hubby. 55 years is certainly something to celebrate. Steak dinner at home with a glass of something sounds hard to beat especially if hubby is cooking. Enjoy and stay safe. x
