Thank god there are people talking normal and NOT about the bad stuff of lung cancer and treatments etc..
We all have to put up with all the crap ! But we should just get on with it and talk about nice/normal things in life ! We are all still alive at the moment. !
I saw this new thread and thought how bizarre; why start a new thread, why not simply post the comments directly on the Lung Chatty Thread?
Then I saw the name of the 'poster' and the penny dropped, A while back this person deeply upset/angered a number of members by starting a thread that was deliberately designed to 'stir the pot' by inferring that those on here looking for support and/or advice were somehow weak and pathetic, and everyone should "just get on with it". MacMillan intervened to freeze the thread.
So why am I posting on this thread you may be asking? The answer is to jog memories and urge people not to respond, as this will only feed his desire to cause controversy and upset.

Nice one Kegsy. It's good that you are giving Newer people like me the heads up. If you can P.M. me I will know who to steer clear of.
Thanks in Advance
I have had cancer for the best part of 10 years. Cancer is my normal. So I talk about cancer a lot. It is a big part of who I have become. And I am happy to share my story and listen to other people’s new “normal “
Thank you Kegsy for jogging my memory. i remember now. TC
