I am on with cycle 3 of my chemotherapy - due to swelling in my neck glands I didn't receive my treatment yesterday. I will be having a ct scan of my neck on Friday this week to see what's happening.
Felling anxious as Google seems to imply my lung cancer may well have spread into my lymph nodes! Has any one else experienced swollen glands when on chemo?

Hi
The swelling in the neck glands could be a multitude of things including an infection or a common cold! As you are still going through chemo, your immune system is compromised making you vulnerable to picking up any routine infection/virus that is doing the rounds.
I appreciate it is difficult but try not to worry too much. If it is cancer spread at least it will have been caught early.
Good luck with the scan.
