Gina,
you didn’t leave us did you, I know you’ve gone back to work but you have been very quiet over the last few days or was it just an error?
Hello
No didn't leave you I promise. You don't get rid of me that easily. I have a fat finger and an phone I seem to keep pressing the leave group by mistake. That or I got evicted.
Sorry if I have been quiet. I try to only post if its to support others, welcome newbies or the occasional update on me.
I have been struggling energy wise also since going back to work. Not managed a full day yet. I think all the meds keep making me feel sick and I've had headaches since. Friday it was a full blown migraine and had to sleep and take the day off. Was doing well today then both managers gave us sad and shocking news which the upset of has triggered the migraine again so had to come home and have been throwing up. Managed to sleep an hour so it's calming a bit. Don't worry i know i knows if they carry on speak to my GP/team. The gremlins start. I will get fully scanned on 23rd so not much longer.
Didn’t think you would have done. Go back and get your rest - Take care

Hi Poppy,
lovely to hear from you, sorry you are feeling so rough, but for the time being you are in the best place to rest and be cared for, not long now - half way there
Take care
I am not surprised you are still feeling tired, you have had major surgery. It will take you a while to get back to feeling normal. I hate describing it as normal, cause we all have our new normal now, and I hope you will find yours soon, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Your migraines might be down to the medication, or it might be your body’s way of telling you it’s not ready yet. Hope you feel better soon, migraines are very draining.
I am so sorry to hear you are feeling rough on your treatment. I hope you have some anti sickness to help you through. Thinking of you x
