Skin Toxicity - TKI + Chemo

Hello - wondering if anyone has suffered any painful skin toxicity whilst on 80mg Osimertinib + maintenance Pemetrexed? my other half's skin always flares up immediately after the chemo, he has just finished 4 cycles of pem+carb and we were hoping it would calm down, but 2 days post pem and it seems to be the worst it's been!

he's been on doxycycline twice a day for months, has topical steroids and it feels like we've tried all the cream/lotions/potions we can find.

wondering if anyone has any suggestions? we don't really want to drop the dose of Osimertinib if it can be helped as he's had a good response so far.

I was meant to get 6 cycles if carboplatin and t first line treatment but pemetrixed was stopped due to skin toxicity so contrived with only carboplatin therefore I could not have continued maintenance as it was to be pemituxed hope be gets it sorted xx

thank you! we have been told the Osi will work just as well on its own, but wanted to do as much of the chemo as possible to get maximum potential but we're going to speak to the oncologist and see what they recommend. we really hoped it was the carboplatin causing the issues but definitely seems to be the pem :( x
